These terms govern the services Four Cross Media provides and your use of the Cross Hub platform, on the web and in the Cross Hub apps for Android and iPhone. By engaging us or using the platform, you agree to them.
These terms form an agreement between Four Cross Media (“FCM”, “we”, “us”) and you, the client. A signed proposal, approved quote, or paid advance confirms your acceptance of these terms alongside the specific scope agreed in your proposal.
FCM provides social media management, content creation, branding, photography and videography, campaign planning, performance marketing, influencer management and reporting, delivered through the Cross Hub platform. The exact services in your engagement are those listed in your accepted proposal.
Your monthly deliverables are defined by your chosen plan. Work beyond the agreed scope is billed separately at our standard rates, including additional graphics and carousels. Campaigns, events, testimonial shoots, drone shoots, performance marketing and influencer management are exclusive of the monthly retainer and are quoted and billed separately.
For events and campaigns, third-party costs such as decor and catering vendors, and any day-of photography, are billed separately from our fee. For outstation shoots, travel and stay are billed at actuals.
Content is shared for your review and approval through Cross Hub before it goes live. Where you have connected your Instagram or Facebook accounts and granted publishing permission, we publish only content you have approved, and every published post is logged for audit. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information and claims you ask us to publish on your behalf.
On full payment for the relevant work, ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for you passes to you. FCM retains ownership of its own tools, templates, frameworks and the Cross Hub platform. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the services. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Engagements run for the period stated in your proposal and continue monthly unless ended. Either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work already delivered or in progress, and any non-refundable advance, remain payable. On exit we hand over work and access cleanly so nothing drops for you.
We deliver our services with care and skill. We are not liable for outcomes outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, account restrictions imposed by Meta, or results dependent on factors beyond our work. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Cross Hub platform, its Android and iPhone apps, and every tool inside them are provided on an as-is, open basis. The agency does not manage, warrant, or take responsibility for any flaw, bug, error, downtime, interruption, or data issue in the software. Nowhere is the agency the guarantor of the platform working without fault. It is an open data world: you use the platform at your own discretion and you remain responsible for your own accounts, logins, content, and data, including keeping your own backups. Connections to third parties such as Meta, Google, or any social network, and downloads from Google Play or the App Store, are governed by those parties' own terms, and the agency is not responsible for their availability, changes, or decisions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the agency is not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
